15. How do I vent my anger?

  I write… I sing… I think about things thoroughly. I just recently started throwing my phone. Lmao. It also helps to have the conversation you’d like to have with the person or thing that made you angry in your head so that you can go ahead and get all that anger out before you actually take it out on the real thing or person. SO yea. haha.

56. If I could erase any horrible experience from my past, what would it be?

I would just like to erase my whole life before the age of 12. I can’t say the reason. Frankly, it was so traumatizing that I was diagnosed with PTSD at a younger age than 12. I don’t remember most any of my childhood except pieces… but, at the same I owe my music & my art & my writing to my childhood. I would not be such a deep & understanding person. You wouldn’t hear the hurt in my voice when I talk. You wouldn’t see the introverted character I am in person. I owe it all to that time in my life.
